To install Content Management System in your website, you have to log in your Control panel of your web hosting server where you can see the folders like Files, Database, Softaculous app installer etc… along with their subfolders.
To install a CMS, go to the softaculous app installer folder wherein you can see the CMS apps like

In the installation page, you have to enter your site name and email address. Then you will be directed to create your username and password for logging in your website admin area. After the installation you will get the URL of your website admin area .
The CMS is generally installed in the public html folder of the Control Panel. After installing the CMS, the home page of your site has to be named as an index.html or index.php page for being shown in internet. To do it, create an html page using the note pad in your computer and save it as the file name “index.html” or “ index.php”. Then upload the file to the public html folder in the Cpanel of your web hosting server.
If you want to write blogs or if your website is rich with word content posts and pages, then your choice of CMS is better to be WordPress. To install WordPress, click the WordPress app in the softaculous app installer of your web hosting Cpanel and then click the quick installation button. Within a minute the installation will complete and the WordPress CMS will start functioning in your website.
Then with the user name and password that you get after the installation, login in your site admin area where you can see the dashboard. In the dashboard many folders can be seen as shown in the image with which you can customize your site and also add new theme, new pages and posts etc…. with the help of WordPress tutorial video provided in your admin area.
